Sometimes Live Chats just take forever and they get you no where at all. They ask you the same questions even after you just answered them. During this chat session I decided to try and make it somewhat fun and worth my time at least.

At least it past the time away even though I got no help on getting the Enterprise version to work. The Home version works on my machine here at work. :)

Oh and they do NOT time stamp there Live Chats either. Or at least not that the consumer can see. I wonder why. :)
